where is the radiator drain plug? dodge stratus 2002 V6 2.7

At the bottom of the radiator

Drain the cooling system.
Open the draincock by turning it counterclockwise until it stops.
Turn the draincock back (clockwise) 1/8 turn .

Pull the draincock from the radiator tank.
