When I turn air or heater on I can hear it but I can't feel anything unless I turn key a little and hold it in a certain spot and what do I need to do to fix this problem!

Are you referring to the ignition key or the switch on the control panel?

I'm meaning the ignition switch. U have to keep pressure on the key in the ignition.

That's odd. The system vent doors are operated by engine vacuum and have nothing electrical, so I'm not sure how the key can play a role in it if the fan is already running. Have you checked for engine vacuum leaks or vacuum leaks under the dash for the HVAC system?
