Hi,
In the next few weeks I'll be replacing my upper, lower and steering arm ball joints in my 2002 4x4 dodge ram 1500. I've also noticed a small oil leak on the passenger side of the differential where the half shaft enters the differential. How do I remove and replace the outer seals?

Thanks,
Dylan

You need to remove the axle to access the seal. Once the axle is off, use a pry bar to remove the seal and simply replace it with a new one. Make sure to lubericate the rubber part of the seal with gear lube.
