Air and heat won't run unless you keep pressure on ignition switch. You have to keep the key turned to the right spot and hold it there. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

New ignition switch. Also check the terminals in the old switch for signs of overheating. If you see that, and the connector is melted and / or two of the wires are hard in the first few inches, those terminals and wires must be replaced too. This happens most often when people use the heater fan on the highest speeds a lot.
