Does the AC switch light up? If so, you probably have a shorted switch. If not, the AC clutch is shorted.

I have no idea cuz I swhich to cold and cold very good for a hot day but when I turn it to hot it warms but just a little and ac keep running

You have no idea if the AC light is coming on? There should be a button with a small light to indicate when the AC is switched on.
