To the first person, I would check for accessive amp draw, with everything turned off. If there is excessive amp draw, pull/replace fuses one at a time, when you pull the fuse on the faulty circuit, the excess should go away. Then you track everything that is on that fuse circuit.
To the second person, it might us from getting confused, if you make a new post. We can give you a wiring diagram for your blower motor and track the circuit.
