2002 Dodge Neon waterpump??

When i turn my air on my car bogs down then it blows out hot air. could a bad water pump cause this? I've already tinkered with the freon its not that. Also the car has been overheating lately & i've already changed out the thermostat & temp sending unit. So i thought maybe a bad water pump might be the cause of both probs.

That was a big mistake. The charge needs to be an exact weighed amount.

Check to see if the cooling fan is working. That would cause both issues.
