throttle body injection

2002 Dodge neon has erratic idle in park, up and down, not in drive or reverse. Replaced air filter and think it could be a throttle body problem. Please advise.

Found problem, hole in air supply tube. Temp. fixed tieing shoprag around it until part arrives. If anyone is listening don't replace any sensors until you throughly check this tube for holes and cracks.
