2002 Dodge Neon Strange problem.....wheels locking

A couple of times a month my wife will be making a right turn and be lightly touching the break. The wheels will lock and the car will stall. She is able to re-start it and it drives fine for a few more weeks. We have had the breaks checked and the transmission and they were not able to find anything or duplicate the problem. Any ideas?

have th abs unit scanned for codes it may be hanging up the valve insides causing this. if it does it will need a scanner to open the valves in abs unit and bleed system.
