I have a leak in my transmission pan gasket if I get it fixed is it gunna cause more transmission problems in the future I don't no if fluids ever Ben flushed?

Resealing the pan won't cause any other problems. What CAN cause trouble is slippage in the clutch packs if the fluid level gets low enough.
