2002 dodge neon******* thr rpm hand started jumping then the car died. Its not the timing belt crank shaft are cam shaft that has been checked. Only two of the things the spark plugs go into are sparking she is trying to crank everytime but won't any ideas its not making any loud noise

If you have a way to check for codes that would help otherwise it will be a fishing expedition. Suspect cam or crank sensor failure

They checked the codes but everything is coming up fine. They changed the cam shaft and crank shaft but nothing
