Drivers side head lamp not workig.

Normal light doesn't work, but high beams do. I changed the bulb and no change in the issue. Checked all fuses and they're good. Any ideas what I should look at next?

remove the bulb inspect the filaments in the bulb.then youll need to check the voltage at the bulb connecter.with a test light or meter.
