truck lost power, rattled and crocked

i was driving when my 2002 dodge durango lost power, then i heard a rattling noise, itried to crank it up and it wouldnt. what could be the problem

do you have oil in the truck???

was the noise a knocking????

does it spin over or just clunk trying to start it??
