2002 sxt durango lights flickering is it the light switch??

Have the charging system checked-could be the alternator

just took the light switch off and blew it out with air seems fine now?? could be the switch??

nope started doing it again , could it be the ignition switch??

it seems to take a couple minutes to warm up bulb or relay switch and then starts flickering but can.t find relay switch for lights

Could be the ignition switch failing not making good contact internally-
