When I am driving my 2002 dodge durango r/t around 40-50mph I hear a continues squeaking noise coming from around the front right wheel area.

One somewhat common cause is the axle seal around the inner cv joint. You can try flooding the area with oil from a spray can. If enough finds its way in there, the noise will go away for anywhere from an hour to a few days.

I should have mentioned too about the wear indicators on the brake pads. If the squeak changes when you apply the brakes lightly, it's time for a brake inspection.
