Its missing and steaming from the exsause once it gets to 2000 rpm?

White smoke from the exhaust usually indicates coolant getting into the combustion chamber. The usual cause is a bad head gasket. Check compression to see if there are any weak cylinders that may be the result of a bad gasket.
