2002 Dodge Durango Having 4wd Being Locked Will Switch Back 2wd Tried

Having an issue with my 4WD being locked. It will not switch back to 2WD. Have tried almost everything. If anyone knows any info or how to help feel free to let me know

what exactly did you try??

the motor on the case may have failed.
