These codes have come up on car. The car will not shift properly while driving. What do these codes mean and how do I fix the problem?

P0700 means DTC transmission code stored need to have scanned for trans codes the other two codes are for EVAP leaks Large possible fuel cap loose

Can the Auto parts store scan for these codes or do I need to take it to Dodge?
