I hit a pot hole in my truck and it quiet running. will not start back. unplugged the computer for about a min and it started but died. will not start back. could it be the computer

Yes, it could be but I would start by seeing if the engine runs on starting fluid. I have seen bumps in the road take out fuel pumps. Please go over this video which an give us an idea of what system as failed.

Also, can I ask how the engine sounds while cranking, normal or? Please upload a short video of the engine cranking so I can see what is going on. Let us know how it goes.
