Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner if it still dos it check fuel pressure with a gauge which auto parts rent

Thank you very much it was the iac valve. Cost me 44 bucks for a new one. Cant imagine what it might have cost me at a garage.
Tried cleaning first but had to buy new one. Thank you again for your help
