I had no pressure in system so I added a can of r134a. A/c started working initially. About an hour later turned it on again and it stopped working thats when I noticed the refrigerant in the drain water on the floor of the garage.

There won't be any refrigerant anywhere because it will have evaporated. Did you add a can of refrigerant with dye in it? If that is showing up in the condensed water from the drain, the evaporator in the dash is leaking.
