got a howling noise after brake service

New rotors, pads, rear shoes, spring kit and drum resurfacing on my 2002 Dodge dakota and getting a sometimes quite loud howling noise. The truck sat for a few months after the work was done about 4 months ago.

from front or rear? while braking? more at slow speeds? any shake in steering wheel?
