i need help fixing my air ducts

my air will not move from the winshield too the floor or the face vents but the air does blow hard and all the speeds work but i cant figure whaat too do i took the dash apart and still can not find the problem my truck would like to die when i go from reverse to drive

you have a vacuum leak somewhere between heater controls and engine source. may also be causing stall.

if your not familiar with components and terminology may be best to have mechanic fiddle with it.
