Do you have to reflash computer after camshaft sensor replacement or could you just unplug computer for a few then drive it to learn again?

You don't have to do anything. Many people disconnect the battery in a misguided attempt to "reset" something, but all that does is erase all the fuel trim numbers, and causes a low idle speed problem. That goes back to the '80s when GM had a lot of Engine Computer trouble and we got used to disconnecting the battery. Today we can cause more problems when memory power is lost.

The cam sensor just synchronizes injector timing. It doesn't have anything to do with ignition timing.
