Hi there, I seem to have some loud squeaking/humming coming from the front end of my 2002 dodge grand caravan. Seems to be louder in cold weather, and is also more prominent when i turns the wheels. Also my driver side window has stopped working.

Squeak/humming from the front end. front driver window doesn't work, loud motor sound from sliding door when power lock button pressed, other doors work fine.

When do you hear the noise? Is it over bumps, sitting still, moving...?

moving and sitting still. it seems to get faster (higher pitched) when i put the car in park. if i'm at a red light or stop sign and turn the wheel from side to side the sound shifts with the turning of the wheel, as in left turn (not moving but in gear) = more predominant sound to the left, right turn (not moving but in gear) = more predominant to the right. not sure what more info i can give other than this.

Start by checking sway bar bushings, control arm bushings, and check the ball joints too. I have see dry ball joints make noise too.
