Engine hesitating. #1 injector control circuit & #1cylinder misfire codes come up. Have replaced #1 injector, plugs &wires. It's a 3.3l v-6 flex fuel

Check injector wiring harness connector close to exhaust, see if anything is melted. A faulty injector driver can damage the injector.

Checked harness wires good could it be in the computer or a relay

Use a noid lite on injector plug, harness connector. With engine cranking or running, does it flash?

Just a thought, did you check for ground pulse at proper computer terminal?
