Center Dash heat not swtiching

The heat is working fine and I can adjust the strength and temperature, only problem is it will not allow me to switch from say feet to window etc. If you could please help me out and tell me what the problem is. Thank you

The controls are under the dash on the heater case. It may be jammed with something falling down the area of defrost or a mode door motor may be bad. You can get a shop to check it for you to confirm and get a bid.
