One of three things.
Check to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. One that is loose will cause this.
Next, if the terminals are okay, check the battery for a full charge.
If both are good, remove starter and have it tested at a local parts store.
NOTE: Most parts stores will load test the battery as well as check the starter for free.
