The small blocker inside my petrol input has fallen down the whole into (i assume) the tank. Can I get it out?

The green blocker inside the whole where the nozzle from the petrol pump goes has come loose and fallen down the whole.

not without removing the entire neck or possibly the tank. it will or may cause a restriction or slow fuel adding.

get it checked by someone to see if they can retrieve it.

yep, wont mess up the pick up, just may cause slow filling
