2002 Chrysler Van Voyager 2 4 L Engine Yesterday Stalled Out Turning Right

I have a 2002 chrysler voyager with a 2.4 l engine yesterday it stalled out as i was turning to the right and i couldn't get it started. So i had it towed home this morning i disconected the fuel line from the fuel rail turned the key and got fuel going through the line so i connected it back to the fuel rail seeing the problem is not the fuel pump. So i replaced the crank sensor and cam sensor and it still won't start. I hooked up a noid light to the coil and there is no spark going to any of the plugs. Does anyone have any suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure, disconnecting a line is no way to check fuel.
