replacing actuator

I previously inquired about my 2002 Chrysler, heater not working, you replied that it was probably the actuator. Could you please instruct me on accessing the actuator, also, you has it as a Chrysler 300 but it is a Chrysler voyager minivan. Sorry for the confusion. About how much does an actuator cost?

You should be replying to your previous post so that we have a history of the correspondence and the person attending to you would be notified and response accordingly.
