car won't start, spark plugs are all wet, and there seem to be gasoline mixed with the oil. is this possilbe and why

It sounds like you are not getting spark to the plugs. As a result, the cylinders still get gas and wet the plugs, If enough fuel enters the cylinder, it can get past the rings and mix with the oil. Check to see if you are getting spark, If not, check the crank sensor and make sure you are getting power to the coil.
