downshifting very hard

Hello, I have a transmission issue , the van shifts fine but when coming to a stop is has a very hard down shift at 30 mph. The transmission control has been replaced and that did nothing and the tranny mount in the front that did nothing to solve it , any feedback?

there is a re learn procedure for shifting. did you have this done.

was the trans rebuilt or used?? was the solenoid pack replaced??
