I have water leaking behind the passenger rear tire. Is this normal?

If it's green, the hose connections to the rear heater are leaking. I have a solution for that. If it's clear, suspect it's condensation from the tail pipe and the catalytic converter doing what it's supposed to do.

What about the rear evap drain, if equip with rear a/c. Just wanted to raz ya Doc, you can tell me that I dont know what I am talking about.
