Erratic Idle in my 2002 Chrysler Town and Country Flex Fuel 3.3L engine. When I sit at traffic lights I feel an erratic idle like my van is going to stall. As I accelerate I feel as if the van has some hessitation as well. Seems to run fine at Highway speeds. I recently replaced the sparkplugs, wireset and air filter as well as PCV valve and upper air intake gaskets. Could it be a bad fuel filter?

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
