2002 Chrysler Sebring Just Had Oil Pan Sensor Replaced Now Leaking Directly Back

Just had oil pan and sensor replaced and now the oil is leaking directly back out as soon as i put it in there, what else could be the problem?

Is ther drain plug installed? Is the gasket properly installed?
