The drivers side passenger rear seat power window, goes down only. It will not move at all with driver master control, I disconnect motor and used 12 volt to power it, it goes up and down. I bought new master driver control, not a fix. All other windows work, traded switches rear left to right, switch works fine. Can only find 1 30 amp fuse in circuit.

The way the motor works is by reversing the polarity. If you can get it to go up with a direct power source, it has to be in the switch. There are two wires that go to the motor. One gets power to raise and the other to lower. Have you checked to see if you are getting power through both wires based on switch position?
