why does my car run hot after 30 minutes

I recently purchased the car and now it keeps running hot on me after driving 30 minutes. I have had pressure tests done on it for the head and gasket, put 3 thermostats in it, flushed radiator, new radiator cap and put a high and low fan relays on it and it still over heats after 30 minutes.

is it actually hot? it starts to boil over? maybe gauge is off?
