Yes it does. It's under the cowl area. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Can you please give some MORE details to the sketch above? Because I took all that apart last night and I did not see anything resembling an air filter. However, it's kinda hard to be sure what exactly I'm suppose to be looking at or for. Thanks again.

When you remove the screen, you should see the filter carrier than can be slid out. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know how it goes
