When my radio display is not lit my horn doesnt work, whats wrong? The radio works with and without the display lit!

My 2001 has the identical problem. I would "donate" to get some incite - if the web site would work properly.

While they are on different fuse circuits the wiring for both goes thru steering column. Try adjusting tilt and see if this effects it?
