I recently found a loud whistle coming from what seems to be the front driver side tire.

A loud whistle coming from front driver side of my 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Checked the brakes, but they are good.Took it to the shop as I thought it was a sensor that the brakes were failing. He said my brakes were very good. Still have the whistle. Any ideas?
