The trttle body pipe was damaged but I managed to seal it as well as the rubber seals from the pipe that leads from the engen to the manufil (next to the throttle body pipe). Still it does not want to start. Ive managed to start it once only but it the car wont move whenput into gear and would stop idling.
The machanics reply was no machanical fault could be detected, but noticed that the engin maintanace flashes 10 times which could indicate that there might be a sensor problem.
Plase advise on what to do?

If the maintenance is flashing 10 times there is an electrical fault. Go to Advance Auto or Auto Zone and they will pull the codes for free to help diagnosis.
