I have a 2002 Chrysler Concorde with a 3.5L engine. I attached a picture of my water pump and the way it is rotating... Isnt it going the wrong way? What can I do about this?

Rotation should be clockwise, it would have to be a belt routing problem.

The belt routing alone cannot cause the rotation to reverse. It would be that is was driven by the back of the belt, rather than the front or visa versa. Unless your vehicle is made with both options, that's not going to be an issue. Some of the Jeeps are the only ones I have ever seen that happens to.
