I got my trans rebuilt from a local shop in my area at 117,750 and yesterday I was coming off the highway and slowing down and the car downshift out of nowhere it seemed and rpms jumped to about 3000 and everything seemed normal and I got to the stop light at the end of the ramp and then tried to go and the car wouldnt move in R, D, 1 , 2 but it would move forward in 3, 4.

You are in what is called, limp mode. The computer has identified a problem with the transmission and allowing you to slowly drive to a shop or home. Have the computer scanned to identify trans trouble codes. That will point you in the right directions.

Many parts stores will scan the computer for free. Also, make sure the trans fluid is full and clean.
