MY HEATED SEAT STOPPED WORKING LAST WEEK (OF COURSE) IT'S FREEZING HERE IN CHICAGO AND MY HORN QUIT WORKING ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. COULD IT BE FUSES IN BOTH CASES OR NOT

THe fuses are the first thing I would check. It sounds like you have the same luck I have. Everything works until it's needed.
