my fuel pump fuse keeps blowing if you turn the key on the fuel pump works but the second you crank to start it blows the fuse what could cause that?

Try unplugging the fuel pump then crank the engine over and see if it still blows the fuse?

You need to check for a short. Check the wiring at the fuel pump and try to start it with the pump unplugged to see if you still blow a fuse. If you don't, chances are the pump is the problem.
