Are you saying the coolant goes low and the oil overfills? Are you sure they are not mixing?

Im not sure but I did put seafoam in it and radiator cap has cream color on it and oil was real thick off white color after that I ran out of money and put strait water in it when it was freezing temp. Now van looses fluid runs hot and oil was coming out front of motor.

If you used water when it was freezing, chances are something cracked such as a head, engine block. Also, you could have a freeze plug leaking. However, based on what you see coming from the radiator cap sounds like the oil and coolant are mixing which indicates ahead gasket or a cracked component.

Glad to help. Check the trans fluid too. It is cooled through the radiator. If there is a leak, that could be mixing too.
