Will not start

I ran out of fuel. So I put fuel in it, replaced the pump and battery then it would not start, still. It sounds like it wants to but will not.
Can you help me find out what is wrong with it?

Have you checked fuel pump pressure and checked for spark to the engine?

Fuel pump is not turning over. Got a new relay switch, still will not make pump run.

Hello

Can I ask if the security light is flashing when you are cranking it over? If not lets use this guide to test for power at the relay and system fuses (PCM, IGN1 and ECM). Check out the engine and fuel pump wiring diagrams below to help you see what fuses and which wires to test of power.
