How do I disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle body on a 2002 chev van with vortec 350?

I have tried all the normal approaches such as clip removal, snap off and un-bolt. nothing works.... I am stuck????

try pushing the clip forward. examine the clip and see the cut out.
