System "dings" as soon as key is off...with doors closed...why is this?

all doors are closed, all lights appear to be off, the security system doesn't "beep" the horn when activated. the dome lights shut-off quickly/abruptly when security is set...they used to dim , then shut-off. I suspect a switch is set wrong...I just can't find it. suggestions?

i think you have an issue with the bcm. you need someone with a scanner that can read the bcm codes and view the data stream.

this is beyond doing at home unless you have a scan tool.
